Managing Director
Mr. Howe joined Ullico in 2012 as a Managing Director in its Institutional Sales and Client Servicing group. Mr. Howe has 15 years experience in Institutional Investments and Pension Fund Management. Prior to joining Ullico, Mr. Howe was a Senior Vice President with Northern Trust Global Investments and performed as a sales and client serving executive for both Public and Taft-Hartley funds. Mr. Howe was also formerly an Executive Director and Trustee for the Park Employees Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago (PEABF). In his tenure at PEABF, Mr. Howe led the Fund as Chairman of the Investment Committee in asset allocation and risk management studies, investment manager performance reviews, selection of consultants and investment managers. As Executive Director, Mr. Howe oversaw all activities of the Fund including Investments, Member Benefits, Disability Benefits, Legal Casework and Legislative Issues. Mr. Howe worked in Public Service for over 34 years. Mr. Howe holds a B.A. degree in finance from DePaul University Chicago, a General Securities Principal (Series 24) and a General Securities Representative (Series 7) designation from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) designation from the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), a Insurance Producer License from the Illinois Department of Insurance and is a 35-year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
